I've been trying so hard to get a good salmon strike and fight on my waterwolf over the last couple weeks. The camera would die then I'd get one. Or I would forget to turn the darn thing on....smh....

It finally happens. Real early I dropped some meat down and he came in like a rocket and crushed it. Was out in 60fow down 20ft. Around 7am.

These first two vids are of salmon teasers and behaviour.... some bait balls in there too. You can tell the curious salmon from the hungry ones.

This last one is the salmon destroying the meat rig.... enjoy!

No, I caught the salmon in the fall with my camera still attached to it lol XD. j/K.. ... I bought 2 more, was so curious on days that I got skunked if there was even anything down there.

It was a good buy. Gives me good insight on which lures are drawing their attention more than others

Can you do a review on the waterwolf camera?  I'm interested in purchasing one myself but I'm not sure if the specs fit my needs.

No it's takes a up to a 32gb SD card. It records as an .Mov file. I can't even take the card out and put it in my phone to watch it. I gotta take it home, put it on my laptop, and open VLC player to review the footage.

When I edit I save it as an .MP4 file which I am then able to review on all devices.

It has lots of applications and comes with various accessories for different styles of fishing.... Even a foam float to use as a bobber so you are looking straight down. Which I am going to try in the fall on some river run steelhead. That would be cool looking down and watching them take it if the water had decent visibility.

How long can you record before the battery dies?  Also it only films up to 720p?

I believe it's 720P HD yes.

I can get 3 to 4 hrs of battery life trolling in cold water. That's why I bout 2. I'm usually only out until the battery on my trolling motor dies. I get 4 to 6 hrs trolling depending on speed

I have. The site shows a nice carp video. The river I fish for carp is dirty and would not be able to see em. Definitely in clear waters though. Vertical jigging is another must try from what I hear.
