Lost quite a few spoons over the summer months to some toothy critters of the deep so I've been restocking. Pier chucking is going to be starting up soon. Has anyone had any experience with the blue fox strobe spoons? They're a hell of a lot cheaper than cleos but not sure if the price of them reflects the quality.

Any input is greatly appreciated!

They are fine, hardware on them is not up to king level so replacing the hooks would be suggested. They are finished quite well, and have a nice wide wobble which allows them to be fished slower

They're a good spoon for the price. I've had some good days with them.

Beauty thanks gents! I haven't had a chance to try them out yet but I pulled the trigger on a few of them already. Hopefully goING to be able to make some time this week to break them in.

I've had success with them. I would definitely change the treble to a single hook going for salmon.

If you are buying the shiny ones with the little eye glued on, just know that the eye falls off very easily. I don't think the kings will mind though.

The shiny sticker gets scraped off fairly easily as well.

I've had the blue colors of strobe. caught nothing but pike on them. cheap enough to keep a few. good for long casts as they're quite heavy.

If memory serves me, these spoons come with a treble attached, but a siwash hook is also supplied,

I think in the larger sizes that is correct, but both are pretty sketchy (in my opinion).

Im swapping them with owner stinger 3x about 1/3 the length of the spoon. Have had zero issues
