Went out to a Lake Ontario pier Tuesday and got into a few fish. Lots of leapers along the mudline and in the creekmouth as the waves pushed lake water upstream. My buddy and I landed 3 and lost 3.

Good luck!

Pic 2 looks like a coho.

Tail is entirely spotted, but I don't think that precludes it from being a coho.

That would also make sense. The rosy cheek is throwing me off.

Did it do rodeo flips while you were reeling it in?

No jumps but some crazy head shakes and some big runs for a fish that size...

Nice ones!

I love the head shakes and sound of drag.

Looking good guys I'm heading to a west trib tonight hopefully after it thins out a bit. I wonder how it's been after this rain. Was there a week ago really busy but really quiet
