Is there any rivers open to fish for trout in London, Ontario in October ? And if so if happen to know which ones would be great thanks in advance

Download or grab yourself hard copy of fishing regs.
All the major tribs are in there.
Any river with fish in it, A great river.

I'm not from there so it's hard to know if there is sometimes places have some places that are open to fish bud

You need to read the regs. There is no he said she said when you get caught in a no fishing zone. Read get educated and go.
