Mooching reel on a yak in the summer with screaming kings on the other end is a good fix.

I've had the pleasure of hooking up on lake O a couple miles out.
The fight and power of a nook on a 100+ feet deep waterbody , totally non comparable to 3-4 ft deep river encounter.
