1 Gal. Jug of MF Manufactoring SUPER-SOFT Liquid Plastic (NEW)
- the best pouring plastic you can get it. the premium stuff.
- plenty of liquid plastic to make a whole whack of plastics, great for getting started into the hobby & for making your own line of tackle.
- this stuff is super soft, but you can easily order some hardener to make even tougher yet soft baits.

Retailed for around ($80.00 usd) taxes & shipping costs included. Asking for around $60-70, its just sitting here, great deal to be had, and it's perfectly good pouring plastic that I know someone on here may want to use. This offer probably won't last long :| I'm pretty much covering the shipping costs & duties, and also minus the the american taxes I had to pay on the actual purchase. I'm in the process of building up some extra cash for an upcoming fishing trip, not looking for trades, will take the best offer on a first come first serve basis. Its available for pick-up in the Bayview & Hwy 7 area in Richmond Hill. PM if interested !! Thanks.

That's one thing I need to make or get, one of those big tackle boxes, almost built one myself, might have a go this winter at it unless I find a decent one for a good price. Might even try make a smaller one that I could put like 5-10 BIG baits in, use one of those lunch packs, and put tubes in (using epoxy or another alternative) it or acrylic dividers, kinda like a mini lunch pack for skis

Lol, I thought he was joking too but he seemed quite honest. I think it was just a case of the fish being surprised, it jumped out of the way clear out of the water (probably a defens e mechanism) and they lucked out by the fish landing in their canoe.

Man they're a ugly fish, but they put up one hell of a fight  still haven't caught one yet..

So the reliable old worm on a hook technique works well on these guys ? I've also heard some really weird "true stories" about them, for example I ran into a fisherman at the islands, he had caught plenty of them at a particular kawartha lake (not sure of the name), anyhow, one time he was canoeing with a couple of a buddies, and noticed a bowfin swimming alongside the canoe for a distance, which seemed cool at first. It swam with them as though it didn't even notice the canoe or them paddling for that matter. To see if they could get a reaction or get it to bite, they put a oar in front of it lol, the thing FREAKED out and jumped into their canoe !! :D Also heard stories of them going lock-jaw on lures, or having very strong jaws.

Are the clevice (the small item that connects the spinner blade to the wire) that you are using too big for the blades you have on there ? That's a very common problem with building inlines, making sure you have the right size clevices and making sure there's enough space between the blades & clevices, the body, and where you do the wire bending to finish off the inline. Either that or you bent the wire a little short, so the body of spinner is rubbing up against the clevice from underneth, let me know if that's the problem and I might be able to help you a bit more.

balapickeral: LoL, I'll let him chime in if he wants, but I'm pretty sure he'll probably post a report on here with it if he catches a large toothy critter with it !
