#225199 Just disgusting / a petition to MNR?

'cause they are so small I have to keep alot to make it worth my while.
The government needs to get back on track , to put ALL the money from licensing into more conservation officers .

*jaw drop* oh my gosh. *facepalm*

You know I think they should start using signage. Maybe at entrances to parks where people go to fish have a sign with important regs and associated fine amounts. I think that's a good idea.

but in contrast to his situation, if we look at lake Ontario, and the population of pacific salmon, its some what the same thing. the pacific salmon is not native to any great lake, it should be Atlantic's that are the native fish of the lakes, and i have never seen one in all my years, just big stinky pacific salmons. but people dont mind b/c they enjoy them so much.

Yes the salmon we see are pacific salmon! I said that a few months ago and people thought I was CRAZY hahahah. "Oh how can they climb the mountains!" "I don't know any streams that connect Lake O and the Pacific" LOL

#223922 Ontario Place.

Posted by MichaelAngelo on 12 February 2012 - 12:34 AM

Calling all Torontonians. I've just moved to Toronto from overseas. I live in Liberty Village, which is a stone's throw from Ontario Place. I'm looking for some people who fish it regularly to pick their brains. I wandered down there last weekend with the polaroids, but couldn't spot a single fin.

Can anyone give me the down-low? I've found bits and bobs online, but nothing comprehensive.

I look forward to hearing from the locals

This is a great video, and they're literally right in the heart of Ontario Place. There's $5 parking I think now that it's closed...
