Hey, I have fished Maple Lake for Largemouth Bass a couple of times and had good sucess using (9 inch) plastic worms in purple colour. I fish the first drop off from shore which is anywhere from 10 to 12 feet deep all around the lake. Lot of bass in the 2lb and 3 lb range. I have tried for Lake trout in Maple Lake, but no sucess so far. Hope this info helps you.
