Barnett Revavi Crossbow w/ scope *Never shot*

This is a brand new Barnett Crossbow featuring a fully adjustable scope and adjustable stock. Comes with 4 arrows and holder. Has never been shot. Asking $300 firm.

Note* You do not need a license to own a crossbow.

Red Head Bone Dry chest waders

Waders are in excellent shape I've only used them maybe 7 times. They are one piece with the boots and do not have any leaks. High quality and good in cold water. I bought these as entry level waders because I've only started steelheading recently and I've decided to upgrade. Probably not too good in the summer because they're pretty warm.

As for fitment, they're considered size 10. I'm about 5 foot 7 and 160 pounds with a size 10-10.5 shoe and they fit me well. Could fit bigger than me though I'd say up to 190 but may be a bit snug at that point.

So I'm looking for a fishing buddy. I'm still pretty new to the game so I'd like to find someone with a lot of experience so I can learn. I usually like to go out Saturday's (if my wife lets me).

Fishing off the dock at Port Hope during winter?

This mild weather's been annoying since I'm new to fishing and don't feel safe going out on less than 6-8 inches of ice. I'm dying to fish and just want to wet a line. I've been fishing in Port Hope before and loved it but I want to know if the water freezes there or not. I was at a river mouth and the place was very comfortable to fish off the dock. It had a nice fish cleaning station and everything I just need to remember where it was and how to get there. Also, is there anywhere that has safe ice to fish on?
