Hey Lord,
You are really over thinking this. Why not just change your name to "Large Mouth Bass" if that's the status you really want.
What is going to happen after you get your 1000 posts? When you get to 1050 you might turn into a "Trout" then what?
Honestly though, some of the best fisherman here are probably minnows, perch, or whatever else you start out as. It really is a meaningless rating that is meant to add a little fun and content to the site.
