Hi! Next month I'm moving to Guelph, if anybody is willing to share a fly-fishing day in the area, or not too far from Guelph, please let me know.

A good site to buy flies on line?

Hi! After many years of tying my own flies, time has become a extremely scarce good, so I need to buy flies. Do you know any trustable site to buy good flies at a reasonable price?

Has anybody succesfuly fished the ganaraska river between the the C.N.R. and Lake Ontario?

I know I shouldn't mention the name of places, but this is a extremely well known location with a huge fishing pressure.
I went today and I tried to fly fish it without any succes. Nevertheles, I saw other fishermen, using bait, that caught some reaaally nice steelheads.
I don't know if it is possible to fish with flies this site. It would be interesting since it is open all year round and has trophy trouts.

New in Canada! Looking forward for my first fish!

Hi everybody! I just moved to Canada from Argentina. I'm looking forward to go fly fishing in any of the thousands of lakes and streams that are around me, but honestly I don't even know where to start! I'm used to a completely different environment, mainly small streams in the Andes mountains, and lakes and rivers in Patagonia. Also, there are just trouts there. I'm amazed with the pictures that I've seen of the voracious monsters that inhabit these waters (like pikes and muskies). I can't imagine how much fun must be catch one of them.

If you can give me any advice, I would be very thankful. Of course, I would love to share some time in the water too!

I'm living 40 km south-west of Peterborough, in Campbellcroft.

I'll attach I picture so you can see where I come from and the type of fishing that I am used too.
