Ice fishing rainbow trout and Ice helix 5 sonar

Hey guys, ive been fishing rainbow trout in our northern ontario stocked lakes but the one thing that bothers me the most is that rainbow trout seem impossible to catch during winter time... Any tips anyone

Another thing does anyone uses ice helix 5 from humminbird i would like to buy one but not sure yet looking forward to buying one if anyone has good reviews let me know

Hey guys ive been fishing rainbow trout for years now in northern ontario's stocked lakes but one thing that keeps bothering me is that they are imposibble to catch during winter can anyone help me out here with some tips..
