Anyone having trouble getting the fall walleye this year? Marking lots, but can’t seem to get anything to bite. I’ve tried jigging, spinners, worm harness’s etc. I even tried down rigging the deep guys around 40+ ft.

Can anyone shed some light on what I might be doing wrong. Do walleye bite at 35-55ft? Or do you need to get them in shallower water.

Any help at all for the fall bite would be greatly appreciated!!

Fishing buddy wanted

Hi,

I'm fairly new to Ontario and the lakes surrounding my area. I was hoping to connect with some guys who enjoy fishing and wouldn't mind a new fishing buddy. I just bought a boat this year and am looking to go out a lot this fall. Unfortunately I work shift work so I can't go out with my girlfriend very much because our schedules don't always match.

As far as cost goes, I would just ask to split the cost of the trip. So gas or live bait etc. I also don't mind going on someone else's boat either. Pretty easy going, just want to be out there!
