Hello everyone!

I recently moved to Toronto from Winnipeg for a summer internship. I've owned a fly rod for years now but am yet to use it as there aren't a lot of fly fishing opportunities in Manitoba. Now that I'm somewhere with good trout fishing, I'd love to gain some knowledge and experience on the fly, I was wondering if anyone would be open to welcoming me along on a fish in July-August.

I'd love to learn the ropes from an experienced angler and would also love to meet some people who share similar interests.

If anyone is open to this idea I'd be willing to drive nearly anywhere to fish! Thank you!

Does anyone have suggestions on bass fishing locations within a couple hours of Toronto that are accessible to fish from shore?
